Can anyone answer my job search question?

I need a job much closer to home. I want to put my job resume online, but I’m afraid my current employer of three years will see it. How can I avoid this? Also, Im afraid of including my address and my past employers for fear of identity theft. The job site I love, requires an online resume before you can view their job openings. Is it O.K. if my current employer accidentally sees it?
