I&#039;ve been thinking; why do the online sites want a resume?
Wouldn&#039;t it be better to have cover letters posted, and if
the person wants more information, he would have to give
his name, phone number, and the company he works before
you would release the resume.    

That&#039;s the type of service I&#039;d like to see.

Any opinions?
