   Report the incident:

   Spam & phishing complaints to the ISP and spam@uce.gov
   http://www.us-cert.gov/nav/report_phishing.html

   Report fraud & fraud attempts to your local police / FBI office, and online at Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/ . In any way always include a copy of the mail’s full headers.

   PS:- So report it, so you can have one copy of report if they misuse your information for wrong purpose (atleast you have one documented proof/report to prove your innocence incase of identity theft that you have reported the matter to lawful authorities ) or if you want to do any follow up actions.
