   Thats what I thought until my brother in law was a victim of identity theft. This thief opened 16 cards in my brother in laws name, emptied out his Chase bank acct, purchased mountains of jewelry etc, and was trying to put 20,000 on Am Ex to open one more phony Bank Acct. when they caught up to him, this just happened last week. So Beware!.
