Kentucky says okay to Identity Theft…

I found this story in the Courier-Journal.com.
It’s about a man who got caught using someone elses’ credit card. He was originally charged with identity theft, but, the charges were amended to fraudulent use of credit cards.
This is the paragraph that caught my eye and my sense of sarcasm just couldn’t let it go.
“Richard J. Mylor, 46, of Shepherdsville, was originally charged with three counts of identity theft without consent.”
Well you can see the problem here. Maybe in Kentucky it’s okay to impersonate someone as long as you have a note. ;0)
