This email seems sorta strange to me…Why would a webhosting service want this?
Got this email a few seconds ago..
Now for one 1&1 isent even open on the weekends…
And for two why would they send me a email
on a day they say there closed on there site asking
me to call them to give them this…

Call or email the company’s official number and ask them to clarify if the email originated at their end. That’s the easiest way to find out if these ID requirements are genuine or not.
